Hi I was recently banned on your server and I believe that I didn't deserve it.

In-game name: Alfie |KotSC|
SteamID: STEAM_0:0:18001792
Ban Length: Permanent
Reason for ban: Dropping props on people's heads on gasdump after being told not to.
Why should I be unbanned: I was ontop of the gas station in gasdump and this guy with a similar name to me was dropping props on people's heads making them die. I got the blame for this and I should'nt have!

This is a good example of an unban request, there's legit proof, correct grammar, all information of the situation provided.

Couple suggestions here, I only just read this :P

Remove the link part, since SourceBans only has those fancy Javascript thingies for bans, no permanent pages. Add a field for ban length, so we won't need to go find it from SB.
